...is in full swing at the moment. we have parsley, basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme, sage, chives, sweet basil, mint, spring onions, and lettuce. so satisfying to step outside and pick what we need for dinner.

There's a great feeling in having your own herbs. Fresh from the garden has so much more flavour than store bought. They are pretty drought proof too. By the way, I forgot to answer your question about the little yellow knit pattern, it is the Country Kiddie, which is here :
