I have paint out 24/7 set up at the easel by the backdoor...brushes there and paper all ready to go...I use the pallettes of dry disc paints as they are easy to use as you know, just add water.......my children have always had constant access to all creative/art supplies. I have never said 'no' to scissors...ever....and all my children could cut with great control at a very, very early age. I was dismayed when I helped out in my sons reception class...5/6 year olds that could not cut out a simple shape.. :( The make it box in our house ( a big box full of boxes/card bottle tops etc ) is always a source of inspiration from robots to fairy beds.....its only mess...............and the best mess by far..........Im off to get some cardboard today to start on some Easter crafting, .....have fun at your house..x
Gee you're good! I leave the paints for others to deal with - craft is as far as I go and even then I am sweating and anxious about the mess.

ReplyDeleteLove those paint circles - where are they from???
ReplyDeleteThe watercolour paints come from a school supplier, I was teaching. I'm sure you could pick them up at somewhere like windmill xx
