this mornings (and most mornings) breakfast... 500g rolled oats 4 tbsp sunflower seeds 4 tbsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp linseed/flaxseed 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds 100g almonds pinch sea salt 5 tbsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp ground cinnamon 100g dried cranberries 100g dried sultanas Pre-heat oven to 150C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.Mix oats, seeds, and salt in a big bowl. Warm honey and oil in a pan til just melted. Pour liquid over dry ingredients, toss well. Bake for 20-30 mins, shuffling everything around once or twice to prevent sticking. Remove from oven, cool, then add dried fruits. Yum. Crunchy munch granola. Good with fresh fruit and yogurt. Enjoy!
